Boiler Servicing/Landlord Certificates/Gas Safety Checks
It is recommended by all boiler manufacturers that you have your boiler serviced annually to keep it running at full efficiency. It is, however, a legal requirement to have your boiler/gas appliances safety checked by a gas safe registered engineer if you are a landlord.
